2024 End-of-the-Year Recap with Nashville on the Move

As we wrap up 2024, we’re taking a moment to look back on all the exciting changes, growth, and moments that made this year special for Nashville on the Move. From new beginnings to memorable team outings, it’s been a year to remember! We are so thankful to get to do what we do.

Welcoming New Team Members

• In January, we welcomed Georgia Hippe as our Marketing Assistant! She helps manage our social media, email marketing, blogs, and assists with video content, graphic design, events, and more.  
• We also added two new Agents: Brooke Thomas and Ben Gatlin, whose skills and fresh perspectives are strong assets to our Team (read more about them here). 

Transition to Real Broker & Office Move

• This year marked our transition to Real Broker, along with a move to a new office in the Gulch. (Read more here!)

Learning & Connections

• This summer, Suzanne Fletcher taught two classes to Agents at our Brokerage (Hiring Interns, and Events & Public Relations in Real Estate), and she loved getting to connect with Agents by sharing about what she does for our Team, and providing them tools to help grow their businesses. Team Celebrations & Events 

• In the spring, we hosted our 6th Annual Client Appreciation Event at The Nashville Sounds Game at First Horizon Park (April 7, 2024)!  We were joined by over 500 of our clients and friends for gorgeous weather and a great game. Go, Sounds! (Read more about our Sounds Game Event 2024 here!)
• Suzanne Fletcher, our Director of Operations, and Andy Hunt, one of our Agents, celebrated their eight-year anniversaries of being on Nashville on the Move!  They continue to bring so much to the Team, and we are extremely thankful for their hard work and leadership. • In August, we celebrated with Agent Christina Bostick as she became Christina Hanks in her beautiful wedding in Brentwood as she married Barrett Hanks (August 10, 2024).
• In September, we began affiliating with Real Broker, and moved to a new office in the Gulch! (Read more here!)
• In December, we hosted our 7th Annual Breakfast with Santa Client Appreciation Event at Rocketown, and it was our biggest one yet – with over 1,000 friends and clients alike in attendance (December 7, 2024)!  Our Team worked so hard to prepare a beautiful morning of Christmas cheer, and it was so great to get to have our Team together and see so many wonderful clients and families from over the years.  This event is extra special because it grows each year, and always feels like a huge reunion of Nashville! We also love getting to collect donations for Nashville Rescue Mission.  (Read more about Breakfast with Santa 2024 here!)
• In December, we also enjoyed our Annual NOTM Team Christmas Dinner Celebration at Sperry’s. It was such a sweet time to fellowship, celebrate another year in Real Estate, and enjoy the best meal. (Read more here!)

Lastly, our goal is to help others Invest in Real Estate with Confidence, and we were able to help do just that!  We were able to help over 80 clients buy, sell, or invest in Real Estate this year… Here’s to another beautiful year. Thank you for sharing it with us! 🙂
