Let’s be honest, we don’t know how to build anything.  We DO know Real Estate well, and since 2016, we have been finding land to develop and hiring builders to build homes.

 

This started a few years ago when I presented a lot to a client of mine and told him he should build 4 homes on a lot in Woodbine.  He said he couldn’t do it and said, “You should do it!!” I told him “Wait, I don’t do that.”  After thinking about this for a day, I wrote an offer and was able to secure four lots.  Since then, we have built quite a few homes in Woodbine, Wedgewood/Houston, the Nations, Charlotte Park, East Nashville, and Inglewood.

 

The knowledge we’ve gained in the process also helps us to advise our clients when they are selling their current home.  They may be able to get more money or sell the property for development – instead of selling it to another homeowner.  It allows us to be more creative with solutions to help our clients that are wanting and needing to sell.

 

We currently have several projects underway (see below), and it is so fun to watch these projects develop into beautiful homes for so many families!
