2025 Year-in-Review: Our Team at a Glance

What a year it has been… filled with milestones, new faces, Team bonding, and exciting results. Here’s how it all came together:

Monthly Highlights

• January – We kicked off the year by hosting a Brokers Open for 4201A Belmont Blvd, one of Allen’s New-Build projects.
• February – Our own Andy Hunt was featured in Real Producers Magazine, and got to serve on a panel at their event!
• April – 
• We celebrated the birthdays of Suzanne (April 21) and Holly (April 24) with a fun Team lunch at Del Frisco’s by our office in The Gulch.
• We also enjoyed a Team outing to go skeetshooting together!
• May – 
• Our 7th Annual Sounds Game part 1 brought the Team and clients together to enjoy America’s pastime and build community.
• Andy Hubbard celebrated six years as Transaction Manager for Nashville on the Move!
• June – 
• We took team bonding to the next level at TopGolf, combining fun, laughter and friendly competition.
• Holly celebrated three years as Operations Assistant for Nashville on the Move!
• We celebrated the Dads on our Team with a fun and dad joke inspired Father’s Day post!
• July – Suzanne celebrated her 9th year as Director of Operations for our Team!
• August – Huge moment for the Team: we were named a Top Team nationally in our Brokerage  – an honor reflecting everyone’s hard work and collaboration.
• September – Because April’s weather was less than ideal, we scheduled another 2025 Sounds Game event (part 2) to keep the momentum going and ensure we could all participate. (Video here)
• Andy Hunt celebrated 9 years in Real Estate and on our Team!
• October – A very busy month:
• Our Transactions Manager, Andy Hubbard, came to Nashville from Greenville, SC and joined us for a Team lunch – great to connect in person.
• We officially made the brokerage move to Compass RE, marking a strategic step for our future. 
• We welcomed Agent Brandon Hayes to the Team – bringing over 10 years of Real Estate experience in both Nashville and Arizona, with a heart for working with Veterans!  We're so excited to have him on board!
• December – We wrapped up the year in style:
• Welcomed Drew Gaw to the team – Drew joined us in December, bringing nearly 10 years of Real Estate experience, including a strong background in appraisals and investment/flipping. His deep market knowledge and analytical approach will serve our clients exceptionally well. We’re also grateful to now have four Covenant School dads on the team, and we love being part of such a special and supportive community. 
• Hosted our 8th Annual Breakfast with Santa at Rocketown – our biggest event yet and a true highlight of the year. Over 1,200 friends, clients, and community members joined us for breakfast, fellowship, and plenty of Christmas cheer. With the support of our generous co-sponsors and vendors, we were also able to collect a literal truckload of donations for Nashville Rescue Mission, making a meaningful impact across Middle Tennessee. We’re deeply grateful to everyone who continues to show up year after year – we’re thankful to do life and business together.
• Held a Brokers Open at Andy Hunt’s New Construction Listing in Inglewood, 1621A Northview Ave.
• Enjoyed our beloved Annual Christmas Team Dinner at Sperry’s in Cool Springs – a time to reflect, celebrate and appreciate each other; special shoutout to the amazing staff member Jared!!! 

Team Results & Business Highlights

• We had the honor to help over 70 families buy, sell, or invest in Real Estate this year.
• Built, listed & sold 10 new construction homes – a strong showing in one of our key niches. 
• Closed over $80 million in Real Estate this year – a significant achievement that underscores our team’s expertise, drive and the trust our clients place in us. 

Looking Ahead

2025 has set a new standard for what we can accomplish together, and we are so grateful to get to serve and guide you in your Real Estate needs.  We are thankful for our team, community, and the city we get to love and live in!
