Nashville’s January 2026 ice storm has created challenging conditions across Middle Tennessee – from hazardous roads and downed trees to widespread power outages. As freezing temperatures linger and cleanup continues, our community is navigating a lot at once.

At Nashville on the Move, our hearts are with our neighbors, clients, and friends. We know how stressful storm damage and outages can be, and we want you to know you’re not facing this alone.

How Our Team Can Help

We’re here to support you however we can during and after the storm, including:

  • Connecting you with trusted, recommended vendors for storm-related repairs

  • Sharing home care and safety tips to help protect your property during freezing conditions

  • Serving as a resource and sounding board as you assess next steps

If you need referrals, guidance, or have questions about your home, don’t hesitate to reach out to your NOTM Agent.  We’re always happy to help.

Local Resources

  • Warming Shelters: Several local warming shelters are open to provide a safe, heated place during the storm. Find one near you if needed.

  • Outage Maps: Stay updated on power restoration efforts through Nashville Electric Service’s outage map to see affected areas and progress.

  • What’s Open: Check ongoing lists of local businesses that remain open for food, supplies, and essential services.

Storms like this remind us how strong Nashville is when we show up for one another. Please stay safe, check on neighbors when possible, and reach out if you need support.

We’re in this together!
