We’re thrilled to officially welcome Brandon Hayes to the Nashville on the Move Team!

Brandon joined our team in October 2025, bringing with him over 10 years of Real Estate experience spanning both Nashville, Tennessee and Scottsdale, Arizona. From day one, it was clear that Brandon’s heart for service, strong communication style, and steady leadership align perfectly with our Team’s values.

As a REALTOR®, Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), and Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Brandon is especially passionate about serving Veterans and military families, guiding them through the buying and relocation process with clarity, confidence, and care. He believes that Real Estate should never feel overwhelming – and his clients often describe him as a calming, trustworthy presence during what can be one of life’s biggest financial and emotional decisions.

Brandon specializes in helping first-time buyers, relocating clients, and those searching for their forever home. His approach is rooted in clear communication, honesty, and personalized service, ensuring his clients feel informed and supported every step of the way – from the first conversation to the moment the keys are handed over.

Now also proudly serving Middle Tennessee, The Smoky Mountains, Florida 30A, and North Alabama, Brandon is excited to continue building relationships and helping clients move forward with confidence.
